We are proud to announce that we have released our 2015 EHR Vendors Comparison, which compares the top 42 fully integrated EHRs, as listed by Medical Economics, in several key areas.

Our 2014 EHR VendorsComparison was extremely popular with practices, viewed by thousands of users looking for the right EHR software.

Among the criteria used in the 2015 EHR Vendors Comparison are:

  • Medical Economics’ Best EHRs of 2014 Nationwide Provider Survey
  • Black Book Rankings’ Top 10 Mobile Survey – Virtualized & Native iPad EHRs
  • Software Advice Top Reviewed EHR
  • Surescripts White Coat of Quality Multi-Year Award-Winner
  • And much more

This handy new guide allows you to compare EHR software head to head to find out which one will provide the functionality and features you need. Many vendors have good marketing campaigns, but when you compare impartial industry surveys and expert rankings, the differences between EHR systems become clear.

How did we choose the surveys and rankings to use?

We selected one key survey, Medical Economics’ Best EHRs of 2014 Nationwide Provider Survey, because it includes results of a survey of providers about the systems they actually use. We believe this survey says a great deal about what systems providers have found to provide the best functionality and to truly meet their needs.

We also chose the Black Book Rankings 2014 survey results on Top Ranked Virtualized and Native Mobile EHR Applications, for two reasons: First, because Black Book Rankings are widely respected in the industry, and as they say themselves, “Impartial, Accurate, Unbiased.” Second, because physicians have indicated a preference for mobile EHRs in other recent surveys since it allows them to maintain interaction with the patient instead of being focused on a keyboard.

Other rankings we included, such as Surescripts White Coat of Quality Multi-Year Award Winner, Quest Diagnostics Gold Certified Vendor, Software Advice Top Reviewed EHR and others, add an additional level of impartial assessment.

We hope you will find the 2015 EHR Vendors Comparison useful in your search for the right EHR software for your practice.
